A Personal Introduction

I’m Jenny — a qualified and experienced Chemistry teacher who has taught OCR A Level Chemistry in UK schools for years.


I’ve worked with students across the full ability range, and I know how easy it is in Year 12 to:

What This Programme Includes

The Calm Chemistry Cohort is a 12-week small-group support programme.

It combines structured teaching with accountability and ongoing access.

Students receive:


• Full access to the OCR A Year 1 Chemistry course

• 6 live fortnightly group sessions (75 minutes each)

• A private cohort discussion space for questions between calls

• Structured focus tasks between sessions

• Access to session replays


This is not ad-hoc tutoring.


It is a carefully designed programme that builds steadily over time.


The Live Call Structure

We meet every two weeks on Tuesday evenings at 7:45pm (UK time).


Each session focuses on securing key Year 12 topics and strengthening exam understanding:


• Resetting study strategy and understanding A Level expectations

• Atomic structure and calculations mastery

• Bonding and structure clarity

• Energetics and enthalpy explained logically

• Kinetics and equilibria simplified

• Pulling everything together with exam technique and confidence


Sessions are interactive and paced appropriately for students predicted B and below who need clarity, not speed.


Why Small-Group Support Works

One-to-one tutoring typically costs £50–£70 per hour.

Ten sessions can quickly total £600–£700 — and once the hour ends, so does the support.
